Smith & Co Bookkeeping was established in 2022 to provide reliable, collaborative bookkeeping services tailored to the needs of small businesses. With a strong focus on working seamlessly alongside accountants, the business supports clients with accurate, compliant, and well-managed financial records.
Based in regional NSW and servicing businesses across Australia, Smith & Co Bookkeeping has continued to grow to meet client demand. At the end of 2025, the business expanded its team, welcoming two additional qualified bookkeepers to ensure ongoing high-quality service, responsiveness, and personalised support for its growing client base.
Sarah is the CEO and co-founder of Smith & Co Bookkeeping. Originally from England, she relocated to Australia in 2018 after completing a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in International Business.
With hands-on experience gained in a regional accountancy practice, Sarah developed a strong understanding of the bookkeeping needs of small businesses and the importance of close collaboration with accountants. She holds a Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping and is certified in both Xero and MYOB.
Sarah is passionate about supporting her clients across all aspects of their financial management and takes pride in delivering a personalised, professional bookkeeping service.
Tracey has been with Smith and Co since November 2025. She is a dedicated Bookkeeper with over 14 years of experience managing records in various industries, including health and legal.
Tracey holds a Certificate IV in Bookkeeping and has overseen the bookkeeping for her family businesses for the last 14 years. She is currently pursuing certifications in MYOB and Xero to further enhance her expertise.
In addition to her professional pursuits, Tracey loves reading and doing Cross-Stitch when she can find the time.
Connor has been with Smith & Co since January 2024, where he continues to develop practical skills in bookkeeping and gaining hands-on experience supporting clients with their financial records and business administration.
In his spare time, Connor enjoys reading, listening to music, and playing basketball.
